QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, food, or fresh seafood industry
• Experience in achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and preparing sales reports
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation
• Knowledgeable in pricing, inventory coordination, and sales forecasting
• Willing to conduct field visits (palengke) and meet customers or clients as required
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary
