Job summary

GreatBev Inc. in Pangasinan is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support product distribution and sales operations.

The role focuses on meeting KPI targets and ensuring efficient product flow. You will handle cash and check payments from customers, remit to Finance, and prepare reports on sales, inventory, and collections while addressing customer questions and coordinating with the team to inform customers about new products and promos.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to coordinate reports and data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Distribute products and meet prescribed KPI targets.
• Receive cash or check payments from customers and remit to Finance.
• Make reports on sales, inventory and collection data per company guidelines.
• Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding product and collection.
• Inform customers of new products, price changes and promotions.
• Perform other tasks as prescribed by the supervisor.
