Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Sales Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Pasay. You will service and upsell to existing customers, educate them on products, and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities while demonstrating strong negotiation skills.

Ideal candidates have 6 months+ in BPO customer service, completed senior high school or are in 2nd year of college, and have computer experience. Residence in Metro Manila or Cavite is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience in the BPO industry.
• Completed senior high school or 2nd year in college.
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities
