Job summary

TTEC in Pasay, Philippines is seeking a Sales Customer Service Representative to service existing clients and upsell products. This onsite role emphasizes effective communication and achieving sales targets while delivering friendly, helpful support to customers.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of BPO customer service experience, completed senior high school or be in college, and possess basic computer skills. Residents of Metro Manila or Cavite are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions.
• Effectively handling calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities start to close.
