Job summary

TTEC Pasay is seeking a Sales Customer Service Representative to be onsite in Pasay. You’ll service and upsell to existing customers, educate them on products, and identify opportunities for add-on sales that fit their needs.

You’ll handle calls with a results-driven approach, participate in role plays and objections, and contribute to a collaborative, customer-first team environment with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience in the BPO industry.
• Completed senior high school or 2nd year in college.
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience.
• Residence within Metro Manila or Cavite area.

Responsibilities

• Bring your passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions.
• Effectively handling calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities start to close.
