Job summary

TTEC in Pasay is hiring a Sales Customer Service Representative onsite. In this role you will service existing customers, upsell products, and educate customers on current offerings to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of BPO customer service experience, completed senior high school or is second year college, and can demonstrate product knowledge with solid computer skills. Residents of Metro Manila or Cavite are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience in the BPO industry.
• Completed senior high school or 2nd year in college
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• A residence within Metro Manila or Cavite area

Responsibilities

• Close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions.
• Handle calls from existing customers while identifying and pursuing all sales opportunities from start to close
