Job summary

JMO Marketing Incorporated invites a field sales representative to cover the Pampanga area, targeting public markets and mini groceries. The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to perform fieldwork, and a sociable, persuasive approach to opening accounts and promoting products.

Base pay ₱13,650 monthly plus ₱70 daily meal allowance, totaling ₱15,470 per month, with cash incentives up to ₱10,000 for meeting targets and additional per-piece, case, brand, volume, and collection

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in field sales preferred.
• Willing to travel to Pampanga area for sales.
• Open accounts and promote products with a jolly personality.

Responsibilities

• Do fieldwork and sell to public markets and mini groceries.
• Travel to office locations as needed and cover Pampanga area.
• Open new accounts and promote products to buyers.
• Meet monthly sales targets to unlock incentives.
