JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for spare parts within assigned territories or accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide accurate product information and pricing.
• Process sales orders, monitor order status, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spare parts inventory, specifications, and compatibility.
