Job Description

1. Oversee and manage the overall operations and performance of stores within the designated area. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to ensure each store achieves its sales targets.

2. Analyze sales data, inventory turnover rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store. Regularly prepare regional operational reports to communicate performance and market trends.

3. Conduct weekly store visits to supervise visual merchandising, inventory management, and pricing label compliance, ensuring unified operational standards. Perform mystery customer checks to evaluate service quality and regulatory adherence.

4. Monitor inventory levels across stores, optimize stock structures to prevent shortages or overstocking, and coordinate product allocation within the region to improve inventory turnover. Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely product launches and smooth execution of promotions.

5. Collect and analyze regional market competition dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes. Provide recommendations on product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies based on market conditions.
