Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Provide customers with information about items
• Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Perform daily tasks such as Daily Sales Report and inventory
• Conduct an accurate measurement based on client's product order (carpet, blinds, wallpaper)
• Process payments — scan items, accept payment, provide change and receipts
• Handle returns and exchanges: process returns and exchanges under the policy of Showcase Carpet and Co.
• Manage cash: oversee funds in a cash register and balance the amount at the end of each shift
• Cash remittance: responsible for depositing the daily sales to the designated bank account

Qualifications

• Pre-employment documents such as birth certificate, NBI clearance, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG membership, as well as a Tax Identification Number (TIN)
