Job summary

Showcase Carpet Center and Co. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet customers, present and promote products, and help with measurements for carpets, blinds, and wallpaper.

The role involves stock checks across branches, accurate order processing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will handle payments, receipts, and exchanges following store policies.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment documents such as birth certificate, NBI clearance, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN may be required.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide customers with information about items.
• Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Perform daily tasks such as Daily Sales Report and inventory.
• Conduct accurate measurement based on client’s product order (carpet, blinds, wallpaper).
• Process payment – scan items, accept payment and provide change and receipts.
• Handle return and exchange – process as per policy of Showcase Carpet Center and Co.
• Manage cash – oversee funds in a cash register and balance the amount at every end of shift.
• Cash remittance – deposit daily sales to the designated bank account.
