Job summary

A local health and wellness company in Lapu-Lapu is seeking a Sales Associate with a Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field. • Received & Make production order for local customer.
• Photocopy & distribute to all concern in-charge with complete signature
• Prepare documents for Farm-In & Farm-out:
• Make Summary Sales by monthly
• Make Statement of account to all local customers
• Make summary for Peza Report Sales Amount
• Make summary for Peza Report for Farm-In & Farm-Out with LOA
• Input & Update all PO’s received from customer (Order Balance Update)
• Make quotation as per advice
• Segregates & Files important documents in each customer binder/folder
• Make Report of the following:
  • Schedule/Shipping Report
  • Weekly Sales Report

Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration and/or any business related course

• Preferably with background on sales with a minimum of one (1) year experience in Sales in a manufacturing is a must
• Very good communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess good interpersonal skills that can closely work with other team in the organization
• Ability to easily adopt to new environment
• With knowledge on MS office particularly in MS Excel
• Must be able to speak in English
• Can speak and understand Japanese is an advantage
