Job summary

HaoLink in Cebu City is seeking a full-time sales consultan t to conduct one-on-one virtual shopping appointments with international customers. You will present jewelry collections, offer personalized guidance and close sales during live video consultations from the Cebu on-site office.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, fluent English, and a professional demeanor suitable for high-end customers. Knowledge of CRM tools and familiarity with U.S. consumer expectations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken & written); native English proficiency preferred.
• Camera-friendly; able to conduct live video consultations with international customers.
• Excellent sales capability, interpersonal skills and customer service awareness.
• Professional demeanor; able to quickly build trust with high-end customers.
• Experience in luxury jewelry or high-value sales is preferred.

• Conduct one-on-one virtual shopping appointments with overseas customers through video calls.
• Professionally and engagingly introduce products, collections and brand stories to customers.
• Provide targeted recommendations of promise rings, engagement rings, wedding bands and other jewelry according to customers’ demands.
• Answer customer inquiries about brands, products, logistics, policies and after-sales services; offer personalized guidance, eliminate purchasing concerns, and boost order conversion through high-quality 1-on-1 consultation.
• Maintain a warm and trustworthy service attitude to deliver premium customer experience, improve conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers via chat or email, and accurately update appointment and customer information in the CRM system.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, livestreams and other customer engagement activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken & written); native English proficiency is preferred.
• Camera-friendly, able to conduct live video consultations with international customers.
• Possess excellent sales capability, interpersonal skills, emotional communication ability and customer service awareness.
• Have a professional demeanor and can quickly build trust with customers.
• Prior experience in sales consultation, luxury retail, jewelry industry or other high-value customer-facing industries is preferred; capable of serving high-end customers in a professional and personalized way.
• Familiar with the communication habits and consumption expectations of U.S. customers.
• Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
• Familiar with Zoom, Google Meet, CRM systems or other customer service platforms is a plus.
• Have flexible working hours to adapt to U.S. time zone requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience in jewelry, wedding accessories, luxury goods or lifestyle brands.
• Relevant experience in livestream sales, virtual consultation and customer relationship maintenance.
• Excellent brand storytelling and emotional sales capabilities.
