TaskUs is seeking a Sales Quality Analyst based in Anonas, Quezon City, Philippines. You will act as the go-to person for teammates and clients to analyze, evaluate, and resolve back-end issues impacting tools, performance, and processes.

You will ensureRidiculously Good quality of work and adherence to Ridiculously Amazing processes, serving as the first escalation level for problems and preventing recurring complaints through timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service practices within and beyond the BPO space.
• At least 1 year sales experience.
• Ability to identify patterns or connections between situations, issues or problems.
• Aptitude in expressing ideas and presenting analysis, findings, and recommendations clearly.
• Capacity to learn about business and economics through research methodologies.
• Background in conducting research and analytics with strong computer proficiency.
• Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques.

Responsabilités

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the quality of Teammates’ performance.
• Identify potential quality issues per defined processes and escalate to management.
• Verify implemented solutions or fixes to ongoing quality issues.
• Hold regular calibration sessions with assigned teams and provide feedback.
• Attend weekly business reviews with campaign Team Leaders, Operations Managers, and clients.
