Job summary

Cleancorp is seeking a proactive Senior Sales Coordinator in the Philippines (La Union, San Fernando) to bridge customers, internal teams, and service partners. You will drive strategic improvements, automate repetitive tasks, and use Salesforce and AI tools daily to speed up processes and win more work.

You will own end-to-end one-off sales jobs, coordinate tenders and proposals, and support the sales team with outbound calls, accurate quotes, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales coordination or related role with a hands-on mindset.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
• Proactive communicator who can drive outcomes and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of one-off sales jobs from enquiry to completion, keeping all parties aligned.
• Chase blockers and follow through until done, ensuring timely delivery.
• Turn quotes and jobs around quickly and accurately for customers.
• Coordinate service partners to deliver one-off works on time and to standard.
• Prepare tender documentation and sales proposals to a high standard.
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and convert interest into booked work.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and ensure the sales pipeline is current.
• Identify repetitive tasks for automation and implement better solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership.
• Record meeting minutes and coordinate diaries and travel for the sales team.
