Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser, Promoter, or similar retail merchandising role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team in fast-paced retail environments.
• Willingness to work extended retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Valid identification and ability to comply with retail regulations.

Responsibilities

About the role

VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promodiser to join our retail team. This is a full-time position based in Libis, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Promodiser, you will be the face of our brand at the point of sale, driving customer engagement and boosting product sales through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and compelling product demonstrations. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our products and consumers, ensuring that our merchandise is presented attractively and our brand message resonates with customers.

Branch: Wilcon Libis Quezon City
Brand: Stoneworks (Clay bricks, Stone, Stonewall cladings, paving Blocks, Stamping tools, artificial Grass)
Rate: NCR rate + Incentives + Free HMO after 6 months

What you'll be doing

• Execute in-store promotional campaigns and merchandising displays to maximise product visibility and appeal
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers to encourage purchase decisions
• Maintain attractive and organised product displays in accordance with company standards and guidelines
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Monitor stock levels of promotional materials and report inventory needs to management
• Track and record promotional activities, sales data, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with store staff and retail partners to ensure smooth execution of promotional events
• Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times, upholding company values and image
• Collect market feedback and consumer insights to inform future promotional strategies
• Achieve assigned promotional targets and sales objectives
