Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers at POS locations.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promodiser to join the team at VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. This is a full-time position based in Bacoor City, Cavite. As a Sales Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting and merchandising our products at retail locations, driving brand awareness and customer engagement whilst achieving sales targets. This position is essential to our retail operations and directly contributes to the success of our consumer products strategy.

Brand: Philips (Audi/Video)

Rate: 600 daily + Incentives + FREE HMO after 6 months

What you'll be doing

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers at point-of-sale locations

• Execute promotional campaigns and product launches according to brand guidelines and marketing plans

• Build and maintain attractive product displays that encourage customer interest and purchases

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products

• Record sales data and promotional activities, providing regular feedback to management

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing and product information

• Collaborate with retail staff to ensure effective product placement and visibility

• Handle product samples and promotional materials responsibly

• Meet and exceed individual sales and promotional targets

• Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser, brand ambassador or similar customer-facing retail role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups

• Excellent sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle product displays

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays as required

• Product knowledge and enthusiasm for promoting consumer goods

• Reliability and punctuality with a professional appearance

• Preference given to candidates with experience in retail merchandising or consumer products promotion
