About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promodiser to join our team at VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. This is a full-time position based in Carmona, Cavite. As a Sales Promodiser, you will be the face of our brand at retail locations, responsible for promoting and demonstrating our products to consumers. Your role is pivotal in driving sales, building brand awareness, and creating memorable customer experiences at the point of sale. You will work directly with retailers and customers, serving as a vital link between our company and the end consumer.

Branch: Wilcon Carmona / Wilcon Pala- Pala (roving)
Brand: Stoneworks (Clay bricks, Stone, Stonewall cladings, paving Blocks, Stamping tools, artificial Grass )
Rate: NCR rate + Travel allowance + incentives + Free HMO after 6 months

What you'll be doing

• Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities at designated retail locations to educate consumers and drive sales
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering product enquiries and addressing concerns
• Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies as directed by management
• Maintain product displays and ensure retail shelves are well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail staff and store managers to ensure smooth operations
• Track and report on promotional activities, sales performance and consumer feedback
• Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain a positive brand image at all times
• Distribute samples, promotional materials and product information to potential customers
• Monitor competitor products and pricing at retail locations
• Meet and exceed sales targets and promotional objectives set by the company

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in merchandising, sales or retail management is preferred
• Proven experience as a sales promodiser, promotions executive or similar retail promotional role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Strong sales ability with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple retail locations
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle product demonstrations
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Enthusiasm for retail, consumer products and brand representation
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Valid driver's licence and access to transportation is advantageous
