Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years in sales operations, quality assurance, audit, process governance, business analysis, or operations control.
• Data- and process-driven; strong root cause analysis and conformance review skills.
• Proven track record in process review/mining and working with senior field leaders.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to write SOPs and findings reports.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, reporting, BI tools, SAP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the SOP, policy and process library for the sales network.
• Review SOPs on a fixed cycle after changes in product, KPI, policy or system.
• Identify gaps where processes are missing and draft with owning team.
• Ensure new policies land, are understood and followed; monitor rollout compliance.
• Track daily/weekly execution against targets and KPIs; recalibrate as needed.
• Audit cases for quality and ensure 100% compliance with requirements.
