Job summary

First Circle is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team in Manila. You will support a ~200-person sales division by streamlining processes, analyzing performance, and building tools to improve conversion and efficiency.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, own monthly reports, drive process changes, and automate recurring tasks. A data-driven mindset, strong communication, and firsthand experience in fintech or sales ops are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in an operations or an analytics role (fintech/tech or sales operations preferred).
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in data analysis and SQL.
• Execution-oriented mindset with ability to drive implementation from problem to solution.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on sales team performance.
• Conducting ad hoc analysis and investigations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Designing new solutions to problems that we haven’t solved.
• Refining existing processes to make them run smoother or faster.
• Executing (and ideally automating) recurring processes.
