Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to keep our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll support the sales team with process coordination, pipeline tracking, client research, and reporting to ensure deals move forward efficiently.

The role focuses on managing the sales pipeline, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, conducting client and competitor research, and generating performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or Healthcare.
• 1+ years in a client-facing sales operations role.
• Experience with PBM or related healthcare industries a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM experience preferred.
