Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional in Taguig to assist with Purchase Order tracking and delivery coordination.

You will work closely with KAMs, warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring timely order releases and accurate records. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong coordination and communication abilities, and readiness to work overtime during month-end closings or product launches.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Business Unit in checking and tracking Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor order status and delivery of orders.
• Coordinate order requirements with Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Coordinate PO details with SOD/IBM to facilitate order release.
• Coordinate order deliveries with Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports based on POs per assigned account.
• Maintain accurate records of POs, orders, and deliveries.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
