Job summary

Level Up Business Process Outsourcing Services OPC in Cebu is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales leadership team by overseeing sales operations, analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and coaching team members to achieve revenue targets.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager to implement strategies, develop training materials, resolve customer concerns, and maintain high performance in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ sales experience in a call center environment is required.
• Minimum of two-year supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good technical skills in Excel and CRM tools, Canva, Microsoft tools.
• Able to coach and develop team members.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership with regular coaching and mentoring across all areas in sales, performance and behavior.
• Identify areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Prepare and discuss performance evaluations and appraisals.
• Accomplish all daily, weekly and monthly reports and deliverables.
• Carry out day—to-day deliverables as designated by the senior manager.
• Develop strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned.
• Create training materials and facilitate refresher courses.
• Assists the sales manager to resolve customer complaints and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning.
