Job summary

Centennial Food Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by coordinating customer orders, sales documentation, and delivery schedules. The role ensures accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, and other departments to maintain records, provide reports, and respond to inquiries, while upholding timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or a related position preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, distribution, or retail is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales order processing and basic sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data and documents.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Can coordinate effectively with different departments and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, encode, and monitor customer orders and sales bookings
• Verify sales orders for accuracy, pricing, quantities, and required delivery dates
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives regarding order status and customer requirements
• Monitor pending, confirmed, cancelled, and completed orders
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics regarding product availability, picking, dispatching, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance regarding payment status, credit limits, invoices, and other account concerns
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance versus targets
• Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, customer communications, and other sales-related documents
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and follow up on pending orders and deliveries
• Perform data entry and maintain sales databases or systems
