Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing and optimize coordination among Sales, Finance, and Logistics. You will handle orders from unit and external customers, create SAP sales orders, coordinate with Finance on payments, and monitor deliveries across depots.

The role involves daily data analysis and preparation of sales materials for planning. Candidate should be ready for a demanding environment with 24/7 availability to support

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from USMs, ASMs or external customers.
• Informs USMs of phoned-in orders for collection and documents SOS.
• Creates sales orders in SAP and ensures timely processing by Finance.
• Coordinates with Finance for payment commitments on cash SOSs.
• Coordinates with Logistics for stock availability and dispatch requirements.
• Monitors status of pending orders for delivery.
• Provides 24/7 on-call support to depots for loading status.
• Prepares Sales materials for Sales planning and monthly reporting.
• Analyzes sales data per customer for reports needed by Sales.
