Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, contracts, sales reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other sales materials.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, sales team activities, events, and training sessions.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales files, and document records.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics, production, and inventory teams.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate product availability to the sales team.
• Track order status and provide customers with timely updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints professionally.
• Provide basic product information and forward complex concerns to the appropriate person.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Review sales data for trends and follow-up requirements.
• Liaise between sales and internal departments for smooth coordination.
• Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and provide admin support for sales activities.
• Perform general clerical duties (filing, scanning, email).
• Assist with developing standard operating procedures for sales processes.
• Support sales manager and team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
