Job summary

LRI Chroma Asia Inc in Laguna is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

You will prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports; process and follow up on orders; coordinate with production, logistics, and finance; and maintain customer databases. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong MS Office and CRM familiarity is valued. The role is onsite, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Open for fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
• Process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and pipeline tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and elevate when necessary.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
