Responsabilités

• Maintain MIS and ensure accuracy of transactions including customer database, sales records, and inventory movements.
• Ensure compliance with sales process SOPs and support implementation across teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to fulfill account requirements.
• Assist Projects team with daily operational needs: drafting business letters and executive summaries; costing studies; scheduling deliverables.
• Manage daily task run-through, track account progress, and help meet deadlines.
• Review and organize contracts for various projects.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to our clientele. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within the luxury home furnishing industry.

You will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy of our internal systems, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a premium design-driven business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company’s Management Information System (MIS), and ensure accuracy of transactions related but not limited to:
  • Customer database
  • Sales records
  • Inventory movements
• Ensure compliance with sales process SOPs and support implementation across teams
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to fulfill account requirements
• Assist the Projects team in daily operational requirements, such as but not limited to:
  • Composition of business letters and executive summaries
  • Computation of costing studies
  • Planning and plotting of schedules to meet deliverables
• Manage the daily run-through of tasks, track account progress, and help ensure deadlines are met
• Review and organize contracts for different projects

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course from a reputable university
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to work on weekends, as needed
