Job summary

ISS STOXX in Makati City, Philippines, seeks an Advisory Specialist to support executive compensation and corporate governance advisory projects for senior clients. You will work closely with ISS-Corporate colleagues globally to deliver insights and solutions that address evolving shareholder expectations.

You will participate in preparing analyses, contributing to client-ready reports, and collaborating across teams in a hybrid onsite work arrangement in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in data research & analysis encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an **Advisory Specialist** to join our **Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Advisory Team.** In this role, you will support our consultants in providing executive compensation and corporate governance advisory services to senior executives at some of the world’s largest companies, with a particular focus on U.S. issuers. You will contribute to client-facing projects and collaborate closely with ISS-Corporate colleagues across the U.S. and other global markets to deliver insights and solutions that help clients navigate evolving shareholder and governance expectations.
