Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Direct Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales through nationwide booth activations, promoting UnionBank’s products and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage activations at malls, events and partner sites, train on products, meet sales targets, and uphold bank policies while presenting a professional brand. You will collaborate with partners to expand the customer base and strengthen UnionBank’s market presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage UnionBank booth activations across assigned locations (e.g., malls, events, corporate partners, and affiliates) to support sales initiatives
• Actively promote and sell the Bank’s products and services to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the field
• Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings and continuously update product and sales knowledge
• Strictly adhere to established bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all activities
• Represent the Bank professionally by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image
