Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior sales experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Highly driven, confident, and target-oriented with strong commitment to delivering results.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently, while being an effective team player.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong numerical ability to understand and present financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage booth activations across malls, events, and partners to support sales initiatives.
• Actively promote and sell UnionBank products to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the field.
• Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings and continuously update product and sales knowledge.
• Strictly adhere to established bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all activities.
• Represent the Bank professionally by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image.
