Job summary

Tuason Racing is seeking a Sales & Marketing Supervisor to drive revenue growth, strengthen the brand, and lead the sales and marketing initiatives in Metro Manila. You will oversee the sales team, build client relationships, and coordinate branding efforts across channels.

Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, conducting market research on rivals, designing plans for racing products, coordinating with media and sponsors, and tracking sales data to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing or an equivalent course
• 3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Broad connections in Racing or knowledge of the racing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines and manage people
• Willing to travel, especially to Clark, Pampanga for racing events
