Job summary

Customer Frontline Solutions (CFS) in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive end-to-end sales, lead generation, and client onboarding.

You will coordinate with sales, marketing, and business development to ensure consistent messaging, build relationships, and convert leads.

The role involves planning campaigns, managing digital content, and representing the company at industry events to grow the brand.

Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract signing, and client onboarding
• Identifies opportunities for new business, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize client value and retention
• Plans and implements marketing campaigns, promotions, and PR activities to support lead generation and sales objectives
• Oversees marketing collaterals, digital content, social media, website, and external communications
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Coordinates closely with sales, marketing, and business development activities to ensure consistent messaging and effective conversion of leads
• Conducts market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports on sales and marketing performance metrics, recommending data-driven improvements
• Represents the company in industry events, forums, and networking activities to promote the brand and expand business opportunities
