JMT Modular Interior Construction Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive growth and strengthen marketing initiatives.

The role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading marketing efforts that support sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in sales and marketing related to construction or interior design, with a proven track record in hitting targets and executing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably with exposure to construction, interior design, manufacturing, or building materials.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing marketing initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
• Experience handling both B2B sales and marketing campaign execution is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing tools/platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for modular fixtures to new and existing clients
• Continue to manage and grow sales for the company's core interior construction and modular fitting services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company's client base and revenue
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground) to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage the company's marketing collaterals, social media presence, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse and Logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery commitments to clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management
