Job summary

Firstar HVAC Inc. is expanding into solar and seeks a Sales Manager to own the rooftop and community solar sales function in the Philippines. You will recruit, train, and lead field reps, closers, and canvassers, set the sales process, and drive revenue while building the team.

In this early-stage role, you will close deals personally as you scale, work across multiple state markets (where applicable), and collaborate with marketing/CRM to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solar sales with 1–2 years leading or managing a sales team.
• Proven closer who has hit quota and can coach others.
• Experience with rooftop solar; community solar enrollment a strong plus.
• Comfortable building from scratch in an early-stage environment.

About the role

We're hiring our first Sales Manager to own the sales function across both our rooftop and community solar lines. You'll recruit, train, and lead a team of field reps, closers, and canvassers, set the sales process, and drive revenue across multiple states. Early on, you'll lead from the front — closing deals yourself while you build the team around you.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train field sales reps, closers, and canvassers across multiple territories


• Own quotas, comp plans, and territory strategy for both rooftop and community solar


• Build and refine a repeatable sales process from lead to signed contract


• Coach reps on rooftop in-home closing and community solar enrollment (two distinct sales)


• Partner closely with marketing/CRM ops to keep the pipeline full and leads worked


• Track performance, report on results, and hit revenue targets


• Carry a personal quota in the early stage while scaling the team

About you

• 3+ years in solar sales, with at least 1–2 years leading or managing a sales team


• Proven closer — you've personally hit quota and can teach others to do the same


• Experience with rooftop solar; community solar enrollment experience a strong plus


• Comfortable building from scratch in an early-stage environment


• Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel a plus) and modern sales workflows


• Strong recruiter and coach who can attract and develop talent


• Willing to work across multiple state markets and adapt to different products
