• Develop and execute country-level sales plans for PV, energy storage, and new-energy products; achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prospect new customers via cold visits, store walks, and street promotions—distributors, installers, EPCs, and end users.
• Maintain existing local dealer channels: visit regularly, ensure proper product display, and provide basic sales training.
• Engage customers directly, understand needs, propose solutions, and drive repeat business through quality after-sales support.
• Deliver regular market reports; track industry trends, competitor activity, and local policy/regulation updates.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth promotion, delivery, and customer support.
