Job summary

Bares & Estrellas CORPORATION is seeking a Sales Manager for the Boracay Branch to lead the sales team, develop and implement strategies to achieve targets, and expand the customer base through new opportunities.

You will oversee the full sales process from lead generation to after-sales service, coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance and other departments, review quotations and proposals, and prepare regular reports to Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve the Company’s sales targets and business objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the Sales Team to ensure effective sales performance and productivity.
• Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance as necessary.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and new markets to increase sales and expand the Company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, and business partners.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and client presentations to negotiation, closing of sales, and after-sales service.
• Review and approve quotations, proposals, discounts, and other sales-related matters within the authority granted by the Company.
• Monitor sales activities, customer accounts, pending orders, and outstanding receivables in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely and proper fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to Management.
• Analyze sales results, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide direction, motivation, and performance feedback to the Sales Team.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with Company policies, procedures, pricing guidelines, and approved terms and conditions.
• Handle and resolve important customer concerns and specialize matters requiring Management’s attention.
• Represent the Company in client meetings, business events, trade shows, and other sales and marketing activities.
• Assist Management in developing pricing strategies, sales promotions, and business development initiatives.
• Train and develop sales personnel to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and overall performance.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customers, sales activities, opportunities, and other sales-related information.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to sales and business development as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
