Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead the sales function across the Philippines, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in key market sectors. You will promote CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, FDAS, and IoT solutions, collaborating with technical and marketing teams to ensure project success from enquiry to after-sales support.

You will manage the sales team, develop strategic plans, deliver proposals, and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s advantageous.
• 7+ years in sales, account management or business development in electronics/security/tech.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, FDAS and IoT.
• Excellent business development and account management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
• Highly organised with planning and time management.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales function across the Philippines and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Lead and inspire the sales team, mentoring and performance reviews.
• Build long-term relationships with clients across sectors.
• Promote integrated security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, FDAS, IoT).
• Collaborate with technical, operations and marketing teams to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender documentation.
• Monitor pipeline performance, KPIs and ensure compliance with processes.
• Travel throughout the Philippines as required.
• Support government bidding documents and procurement submissions where needed.
