Job summary

POP MART is seeking a proactive retail professional for its Philippines operations to lead sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor junior associates, share product knowledge, and optimize the customer shopping experience across our POP MART lineup of IP-inspired toys and collectibles.

As a store team member, you will maintain in-depth knowledge of products, stay aware of new arrivals and promotions, and assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
