We are hiring Sales Intake Specialists to join our on-site team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. In this role, you'll speak with customers, understand their needs and circumstances, determine potential eligibility, explain available services, and guide qualified customers toward the appropriate enrollment decision.

What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and determine potential eligibility.
- Educate customers about available services and their benefits.
- Guide conversations toward appropriate enrollment decisions.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Build trust and create a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
- Use multiple software systems and resources while speaking with customers.
- Manage follow-ups, documentation, and case-related activities accurately.
- Follow established programs, processes, and procedures after training.
- Work independently while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based, BPO, or call center environment.

Schedule & Training
- Training:
- 2 weeks
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
Production:
- Monday through Friday
- Operating window of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
- Your final production schedule will be confirmed after training.
Important: Candidates must be comfortable working a schedule aligned with U.S. business hours, which will primarily fall during evening and overnight hours in the Philippines.
