We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Head – HRI Accounts to lead the development and expansion of our Hotels, Restaurants, and Institutional (HRI) business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and strengthening partnerships within the food service and hospitality industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and manage HRI account operations, including Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Services, Commissaries, and Institutional Clients.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular business reviews, market visits, and client engagements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for management review.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent customer service and account management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms with key clients.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Food Service, Hospitality, or Distribution industries.
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong experience in handling and developing HRI accounts.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel and conduct field work as required.
