U-BIX Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and provide complete solutions to boost top-line revenue growth. The role is full-time onsite in Sta Rosa Laguna, with commissions and incentive schemes.

You will identify opportunities, present products, and maintain relationships to meet sales targets, using solid negotiation skills and effective presentations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
• 1 year experience in a similar role (printing/technology preferred).
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• 1 year experience in a similar role (experience in printing/technology is preferred)
