Job summary

UPTC is seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to join our campaign team in the Philippines. You will make 150–250 outbound calls daily for major technology brands, qualify needs, and generate sales opportunities while meeting KPIs.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales, BANT campaign experience, and fluency in English and German. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is highly preferred. Collaboration with the Data team and team leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead generation with cold calling and 100+ dials.
• Proficient in English and German.

About the role

Working as part of a campaign team to achieve objectives for our clients, making outbound business calls on behalf of the world's largest technology brands. You will dial between 150–250 numbers per day, handle objections, generate sales opportunities, and qualify needs while meeting campaign KPIs and activity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Dial between 150–250 numbers per day
• Make outbound business calls on behalf of the world's largest technology brands
• Handle objections and generate sales opportunities and qualify needs
• Meet campaign KPIs and activity targets
• Work through call list as allocated by the Data team
• Complete write-ups as per campaign-specific layout with all fields filled correctly, spell-checked, and to standard
• Check all prospect information is correct as provided on call, fill in any missing details, and ensure grammatical correctness
• Read and understand call scripts and write-up examples on each campaign
• Check related files in the campaign to download TAL and Exclusion lists if required
• Liaise directly with Team Leader or Senior Team Leader if unsure of campaign requirements

About you

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar or relevant sales role
• Proven experience in a telesales role
• Lead generation experience with minimum of 2 years cold calling and 100 dials minimum
• B2B experience
• Experience with BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeframe) campaigns
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (highly preferred)
• IT knowledge advantageous (highly preferred by client)
• Excellent written and verbal English and German
• Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and establish effective working relationships
