Responsibilities

• Design & Sales Integration: Collaborate with clients to create customized design solutions, such as floor plans, furniture layouts, or interior designs, that meet specific aesthetic and budgetary needs.
• Sales Target Achievement: Proactively achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Client Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their preferences, offer professional design recommendations, and provide product knowledge on furniture, lighting, or materials.
• Merchandising & Project Management: Design and execute showroom, retail, or storefront displays to optimize customer experience and showcase products.
• Documentation & Follow-up: Prepare accurate sales quotes, invoices, and purchase orders while maintaining client interaction records.
