Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a senior data analytics professional to drive Power BI dashboards, analyze sales performance, and deliver actionable insights across Asia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to improve reporting and operational efficiency.

You will develop and enhance Power BI dashboards using DAX, analyze regional data, and create executive-level reports for stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard Creation and DAX.
• Knowledge of Power Automate or Power Apps is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills with experience working with senior stakeholders/C-suite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
