You will manage a pool of analysts supporting sales and operations, enabling knowledge transfer, contingency planning, and career growth. The role requires extensive experience in data governance, reporting, and analytics across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant work experience with proven track record on data management and governance
• Experience working across all levels of the organization, functions, and countries
• Experience using technology to improve processes and deliverables
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and deliverables with accuracy
• Experience leading a team of analysts and developing their skills
• Proficiency in BI/analytics platforms and data engineering/programming languages

Responsibilities

• Act as data analytics champion and business partner across sales, operations and leadership
• Collaborate with leaders to identify gaps in data analytics
• Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and timely deliverables
• Visualize data-driven stories with clear insights and recommendations
• Improve processes through technology to increase team productivity
• Develop data integrity controls and standards
• Train stakeholders on analytics tools and systems
• Lead and grow a team of analysts
• Manage analyst capacity across programs and stakeholders
• Explore AI-driven analytics and automation for insights
• Plan engagement and retention strategies for the team
• Mentor internal talent and succession planning
• Support analytics, reporting, data management, and sales operations
