Job summary

Vertiv Group is seeking a Service Data Analytics Specialist to join the Customer Experience, Business Support and Transformation team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will transform data from Vertiv Information Systems into insightful dashboards and reports for management, explaining trends and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a related scientific field.
• Experience with business intelligence visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong SQL knowledge including writing queries and joins.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to business specifications.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain reports and dashboards for customer experience and transformation teams.
• Translate business objectives into data requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with development, testing and deployment of new business systems across EMEA.
• Support reporting and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
