Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with store managers, clients, and internal teams regarding store requirements.
• Monitor and verify store inventory and stocks.
• Assist with receiving and pull-out of items from stores.
• Coordinate the display and monitoring of products in assigned stores.
• Book deliveries through delivery platforms such as Lalamove, Grab, Transportify, Angkas.
• Handle basic encoding, printing, filing, and documentation.
• Conduct store visits and provide updates on field activities.
• Assist with other sales and store operations tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with store managers, clients, and internal teams regarding store requirements

• Monitor and verify store inventory and stocks

• Assist with receiving and pull-out of items from stores

• Coordinate the display and monitoring of products in assigned stores

• Book deliveries through Lalamove, Grab, Transportify, Angkas, and similar platforms

• Handle basic encoding, printing, filing, and documentation

• Conduct store visits and provide updates on field activities

• Assist with other sales and store operations tasks as needed

Qualifications

• With 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, store operations, inventory, logistics, or a related role

• Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office and document handling

• Familiar with delivery and courier booking applications

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willing to travel to different stores within NCR

• Physically capable of handling or carrying stocks/items when required

• Has a reliable mobile phone for work-related communication

• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently during field assignments

Work Location

Quezon City – Sacred Heart area

The position requires field visits to different stores across NCR, depending on operational requirements.
