Job summary

Union Galvasteel Corporation in Pangasinan, Philippines seeks a Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between Production, Sales, Logistics and customers. You will manage order status updates, delivery schedules, and related document processing on site in Calasiao.

The role requires at least 2 years in a sales coordination role, a IT-related degree, and strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in the same industry is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be residing in Calasiao, Dagupan, or Sta. Barbara.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
• Graduate of Information Technology or Computer-related course.
• Experience in the same industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Orders and Job Order.
• Coordinates with customers, and Sales Personnel regarding the status of Sales Orders, materials inventory, and finished goods.
• Monitors full payment of Sales Orders.
• Transmittal of Job Orders to Specific Personnel.
• Monitors all incoming orders, withdrawals, and outstanding balances per Sales Orders.
• Coordinates with specific Personnel regarding details of deliveries and coordinates with them on matters pertaining to finished products returned by the customers.
• Attends to customers with regard to pick-up orders.
• Assist the Front desk Supervisor and Sales Assistant in attending to walk-in customers whenever necessary.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned or required from time to time by her supervisor.
• Conducts plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and do Safety Observations.
• Supports and demonstrates ownership of health and safety in his/her own area of responsibility.
