The position serves as the primary link between Sales Personnel Encoders, Store Personnel, and Management to ensure accurate sales reporting, inventory control, and achievement of sales targets. The Roving Sales Coordinator is expected to regularly visit stores, implement sales improvement strategies, monitor personnel performance, and provide timely updates to management.
Coordinate weekly sales activities between Sales Personnel and Encoders.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of assigned stores.
Ensure sales targets and company objectives are achieved.
Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
Verify accuracy of sales reports submitted by store personnel and encoders.
Follow up on sales issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company sales procedures and operational standards.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales activities and personnel performance.
Verify proper product display, merchandising, pricing, and promotional execution.
Ensure all sales personnel follow company policies and customer service standards.
Implement sales improvement programs and promotional activities.
Train and coach Sales Personnel on effective selling techniques.
